Purpose
QualifiedPOC.ai supports preliminary discovery, qualification and coordination for enterprise AI proof-of-concepts. The service provides decision support and does not replace legal, security, financial, procurement or technical advice.
Accuracy and review
Conversational AI can make mistakes. Participants must review important facts, assumptions, calculations and requirements before relying on them. QualifiedPOC.ai reviews material outputs before external action during the MVP stage.
Information you provide
You must have the right to provide the information and files you submit. Do not upload malicious files, credentials, secrets or personal data that is unnecessary for the discovery. Uploaded material is used to support discovery, internal research and suitable-provider evaluation.
Anonymized requirements
Buyer discovery may be converted into an anonymized requirement docket and shared with selected suitable providers. Identity and confidential files are subject to additional operational review and applicable consent or agreement gates.
No guarantee
QualifiedPOC.ai does not guarantee provider availability, commercial terms, introductions, POC success, implementation success, revenue, savings or any other business outcome.
POC coordination
Optional paid coordination is governed by a separate written proposal. QualifiedPOC.ai provides POC programme coordination and evaluation. Technical implementation resources are supplied by the selected provider or other parties agreed for the project.
