Information we process

We process information you provide and limited information needed to operate and protect the service.

• Conversation messages, voice transcripts and structured discovery facts.
• Business contact details and email-verification records.
• Uploaded files and information submitted through contact or feedback forms.
• Limited security information used to prevent abuse.

Contact details are optional on contact and feedback forms. You can submit feedback anonymously.

Why we use it

We use this information to understand business requirements, prepare discovery reports and requirement dockets, assess provider fit and research suitable providers.

• Coordinate introductions that have passed the applicable review and approval steps.
• Respond to requests and protect the service.

Voice and uploaded files

Microphone access begins only when you choose a voice feature. Our AI service provider may process voice-to-text and live voice interactions.

QualifiedPOC.ai does not intentionally retain raw recordings used for transcription. This does not describe the separate retention practices of every underlying provider.

Uploaded files are stored privately and used for discovery, internal research and suitable-provider evaluation.

Sharing requirements with providers

After interface acknowledgement, applicable review and the approved anonymization process, a buyer requirement may be shared with selected suitable providers.

Sharing your identity, confidential files or other non-anonymized details requires the additional review, permissions and agreements that apply to that information.

Provider target-account and commercial information is treated as confidential. An optional NDA is a separate agreement; this notice does not itself create an NDA.

Removing names alone does not make information anonymous.

Service providers and processing locations

We use specialist providers for AI processing, database and private file storage, email delivery, hosting, security and product analytics. Access is limited to what is needed to operate the service.

Not every underlying provider stores or processes data in the UAE. A project-specific residency requirement must be confirmed separately before relying on it.

Analytics and session replay

We use product analytics to understand traffic, conversion and friction. Limited usage events may record actions such as starting or completing discovery.

Conversation text, typed content, uploaded file contents and voice transcripts are excluded from those events. Buyer and provider discovery chats, including resumed sessions, are blocked from session replay.

For visitors arriving through a ChatGPT ad, OpenAI advertising measurement stays off unless the visitor allows it.

If allowed, the measurement pixel may store a first-party ad click reference and normalize and securely hash supported contact information in the browser for conversion matching. Raw contact values are not sent to OpenAI through automatic advanced matching.

Security and AI limitations

Service credentials remain on the server. Sessions use high-entropy tokens, verification codes expire, and private files are not publicly accessible. Important external actions remain subject to review.

AI can make mistakes. Confirm important facts, requirements, calculations and recommendations before acting on them.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern.

For privacy requests, use our Contact us form and state that your message is a privacy request.

Provide enough context for us to locate the relevant record. Do not include credentials or unnecessary personal data. Contact details remain optional.

What the service provides

QualifiedPOC.ai supports preliminary discovery, qualification and coordination for enterprise AI proof-of-concepts.

The service provides decision support. It does not replace legal, security, financial, procurement or technical advice.

Review before relying on an output

Conversational AI can make mistakes. Review important facts, assumptions, calculations and requirements before relying on them.

During the MVP stage, QualifiedPOC.ai reviews material outputs before external action.

Information and files you provide

You must have the right to provide the information and files you submit. Uploaded material is used for discovery, internal research and suitable-provider evaluation.

• Do not upload malicious files, credentials or secrets.
• Do not provide personal data that is unnecessary for the discovery.

Anonymized requirements and confidential information

After interface acknowledgement, applicable review and the approved anonymization process, a buyer requirement may be shared with selected suitable providers.

Identity and confidential files remain subject to the additional operational review, permissions and agreements that apply. An optional NDA is separate from these terms and the Privacy Notice.

No guaranteed business outcome

QualifiedPOC.ai does not guarantee provider availability, commercial terms, introductions, POC or implementation success, revenue, savings or any other business outcome.

Optional paid POC coordination

Optional paid coordination is governed by a separate written proposal.

QualifiedPOC.ai provides POC programme coordination and evaluation. The selected provider, or other parties agreed for the project, supplies technical implementation resources.

Changes and questions

These terms may change as the MVP evolves. Publication of a revised page does not itself establish that a person accepted a new version.
